Featuring Operational Leader: Judy Wiggins

Women in leadership are incredibly capable. We show up. We carry weight. We figure it out. Hustle may have been the first building block of your success—the late nights, the extra effort, the willingness to do whatever it takes.

But lasting growth requires more than drive. It requires structure.

In this session, Judy Wiggins will explore how intentional operations, thoughtful delegation, and strategic time management create freedom instead of overwhelm. You’ll walk away with practical tools to protect your time, empower your team, and build a business or career that doesn’t rely solely on your personal capacity—because success shouldn’t feel like constant pressure. It should feel sustainable.

In This Session, You’ll Learn How To:

  • Delegate with confidence so you’re no longer doing all the things—and can focus on the work that truly moves the needle
  • Design your time like a leader, not a firefighter, by aligning tasks with impact and value
  • Build operational systems that support both professional growth and personal life—not just survival mode

(This conversation applies not only to business, but to life as a whole.)

Who This Session Is For

This session is designed for high‑achieving women who are ready to move beyond hustle culture and build structured, sustainable operations that create clarity, confidence, and freedom—at work and at home.

If you’re carrying too much, doing too much, and ready for a smarter way forward, this is a conversation you don’t want to miss.

About the Speaker

Judy Wiggins is a business owner and operational leader who has grown multiple agencies through both organic growth and strategic acquisitions. She has scaled from a single agency with four employees to an organization of 15+ team members, a leadership team, multiple agencies, and a trusted network of strategic partners.

After beginning her career in education, Judy transitioned into business ownership to gain greater control over her time and intentionally design a life that prioritizes both leadership and family. As a spouse, parent, and active community leader, Judy understands the weight high‑achieving women carry and is passionate about helping women move beyond hustle to build operational structures that support clarity, confidence, and freedom.
