Sasha Rose PRESIDENT
Sasha Rose is the founder, and CEO of All About Balance Bookkeeping LLC. There her and her staff provide accurate and timely virtual bookkeeping services to women owned small businesses. Their mission is to empower women with the financial confidence to build the business of their dreams. Sasha founded her company is 2019 after receiving her son's ASD diagnosis. She knew she needed something more flexible to allow her to be available to her family, and knew she wanted to use her skills and knowledge to help other women feel empowered and confident with their businesses finances. She have been a bookkeeper since 2009, working with a variety of different business from med spas, to hair salons, realtors to fashions consultations and speakers, and everything in between. When she is not working or serving in the community, you can find Sasha cheering on her daughter at volleyball tournaments or hiking with her husband and son. |

Judy Wiggins VICE PRESIDENT Judy Wiggins is the owner of the Judy Wiggins Agency, a successful insurance agency located in Friendswood, Texas. She and her team have been protecting families, homes, and businesses all over the state of Texas since 2012. After beginning her career as a teacher, Judy found her true calling in helping others build financial security and peace of mind through personalized insurance solutions. Rooted in community, Judy and her team are passionate about giving back. Her agency regularly supports local events, fundraisers, and charitable causes that make a difference.As a leader, Judy is known for her mentorship, authenticity, and people-first approach. She leads a large team of agents who share her belief that insurance is about people, not just policies. She's passionate about empowering women in business, promoting personal growth, and creating a culture where customers and colleagues alike feel valued and supported. Alisa Hoggatt PHILANTHROPY DIRECTOR
Alisa M. Hoggatt concentrates her practice in estate planning and probate law, business planning and tax law. Her practice includes estate planning, providing estate administration and probate services to executors, trustees, heirs and beneficiaries in matters involving probate, estates, and trusts, general business matters, formation and financing of business ventures, entity choice and formation considerations for business entities, asset protection, and tax planning for businesses and their owners. Ms. Hoggatt received her L.L.M. in Taxation in 2012 and her Juris Doctorate degree in 2008, both from the University of Houston Law Center. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Government from The University of Texas at Austin in 2005. Prior to starting her own practice, Ms. Hoggatt was an associate at Rapp & Krock, PC, and prior to that The Shanks Law Firm, both in Houston, Texas. Ms. Hoggatt is a member of the Galveston County Bar Association, The Bay Area Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas, and the Houston Attorneys in Tax and Probate. Ms. Hoggatt is admitted to practice before Texas State Courts, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas, and the United States Tax Court. |

Beyond her career, she is a proud mom of 5 and a real estate investor, which gives me a unique perspective when working with my clients.Colleen has been an active member of Texas Women in Business (TWIB) for several years, serving on the Events Committee for 2 years and lending a hand to the Social Media team. She loves creating connections, whether it’s through the homebuying journey, professional collaborations, or even throwing a great party! She is excited to continue serving and look forward to stepping into a new role with TWIB as we grow together and make an even greater impact. |

Dr. Christina Garcia-Ramirez MEMBERSHIP DIRECTOR Dr. Christina is a physical therapist and co-owner of a mobile, concierge physical therapy and wellness practice. As a small business co-owner Dr. Christina not only enjoys treating clients who need convenience and expert level care, she also enjoys being a connector in the community. Dr. Christina has been a member of TWIB for about a year and has enjoyed meeting many new women and hearing about their businesses. Dr. Christina is hopeful that by directing membership committee she can meet many more women entering the business world and help guide them to getting the most out of their TWIB membership. |

Misty Brown PAST PRESIDENT Misty Brown is a Texas native and a seasoned real estate professional with Blue Skies Realty. As a top producing realtor, she strives to guide her clients through one of their largest purchases with ease, providing knowledge and reassurance that someone is in their corner and focusing on their best interest. She believes in demonstrating integrity in all she does. Making new personal connections happens to be one of her passions. Outside of working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, four kiddos, and friends, as well as traveling, having new experiences (working on her bucket list), horseback riding, and working out. |
