TWIB- Mingle and Mastermind- October (Thursday, October 08, 2026)

Thu, 08 Oct 2026 15:00:00 GMT

Mingle & Mastermind – Navigating Growth Plateaus

Date: October 08, 2026
Time: 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM (Arrive early for networking)
Location: First American Title – 2576 E League City Pkwy, League City, TX 77573

Feeling Stuck? It May Be Time for Your Next Shift.

Growth in business isn’t always a straight line. What helped you reach one level may not be what takes you to the next—and sometimes the hardest part is identifying exactly what needs to change.

Join a powerful community of driven women business owners and leaders from Bay Area Houston for a strategic Mingle & Mastermind focused on navigating growth plateaus, identifying what may be keeping you stuck, and exploring the shifts that can unlock your next level.

Whether you’ve hit a revenue ceiling, reached capacity, outgrown your current systems, or simply feel unsure about your next move, this conversation is designed to help you step outside of the day-to-day and look at your business from a fresh perspective.

What to Expect:

Strategic conversations with established women business owners and leaders
Honest discussion about where growth may be stalling
Peer-to-peer insight into overcoming revenue, capacity, and operational ceilings
Fresh perspectives on strategies or systems that may no longer be working
Collaborative problem-solving and shared experiences
Meaningful connections, referrals, and relationship building
A relaxed environment to connect while enjoying your favorite beverage

Mastermind Focus:

Navigating Growth Plateaus

This session is focused on identifying what’s keeping you stuck and what may need to change to move forward.

Together, we’ll explore questions such as:

Where does growth currently feel stalled?
What used to work in your business that isn’t working anymore?
Have you reached a revenue, team, or capacity ceiling?
Is your plateau operational, strategic, or mindset-related?
Are you avoiding a change you know may be necessary?
Are you trying to solve a new-level problem with an old-level strategy?
What skills, resources, systems, or support could help you move forward?

The goal isn’t simply to identify the problem—it’s to challenge yourself to think differently about what your next stage of growth requires.

Mastermind Goal:

Each participant will leave with one bold shift to explore this quarter that could help move their business beyond its current plateau.

That could mean changing a strategy, restructuring a process, investing in support, letting go of something that no longer serves the business, or finally taking action on a decision you’ve been avoiding.

What is Mingle & Mastermind?

Mingle & Mastermind brings together both new and existing TWIB members, along with women leaders curious about the impact TWIB is making in our community.

It’s a space for strategic conversation, shared expertise, and intentional connection—where women can openly discuss the realities of growing a business, learn from one another’s experiences, and walk away with practical ideas they can put into action.

Whether you’re navigating a revenue plateau, outgrowing your current systems, reconsidering your business model, or simply wondering “What’s next?”, this Mingle & Mastermind is designed to help you gain clarity, perspective, and momentum.

October Monthly Meeting- Nicole Proffitt (Thursday, October 22, 2026)

Thu, 22 Oct 2026 23:00:00 GMT

The Audacity Method™: Reclaim Your Authority and Trust Yourself

Featuring Nicole Proffitt

Location: Escalante's Fine Tex-Mex & Tequila 1043 W Bay Area Blvd Webster, TX 77598
Date: 10/22/2026
⏰ Time: 6PM

What could change if you stopped waiting for permission and started trusting yourself?

As women, we’re often taught—directly or indirectly—to look outside ourselves for validation before making bold decisions. We seek reassurance, overexplain our choices, second-guess our instincts, and wait until we feel completely certain before taking the next step.

Over time, this can create what Nicole Proffitt calls an “authority leak”—a pattern of trusting everyone else’s judgment while questioning our own.

In this empowering and practical session, Nicole will introduce The Audacity Method™, helping women recognize where they’ve given away their authority, rebuild self-trust, and make personal and professional decisions from clarity rather than fear or outside pressure.

In This Session, You Will Learn How To:

✅ Identify the “authority leaks” that lead to second-guessing, overexplaining, and seeking external validation
✅ Recognize the difference between fear, outside pressure, and genuine inner clarity
✅ Use practical tools from The Audacity Method™ to rebuild self-trust, reclaim your authority, and move forward with confidence

This session is for women who are ready to stop waiting for approval, trust themselves more deeply, and confidently take ownership of what comes next.

Because the next chapter isn’t discovering who you are—it’s having the audacity to become her.

About the Speaker

Nicole Proffitt is a seasoned entrepreneur, author, speaker, and business leader with more than two decades of experience building companies, generating revenue, leading sales organizations, and reinventing her career through every season of life.

She built a multimillion-dollar catering and event-planning company while raising two young children and later achieved six-figure success in both corporate sales and entrepreneurship. Nicole is also a co-founder of the Bay Area Houston chapter of Texas Women in Business, author of Who Does She Think She Is?, and creator of The Audacity Method™, a practical framework designed to help women stop outsourcing their authority, rebuild self-trust, and make bold decisions without waiting for permission.
